The training course “Generative AI in Action for SMEs” is structured into two distinct modules, each lasting 4 hours, designed to provide practical skills on the use of artificial intelligence. The first module, “AI for Work”, focuses on the application of AI in daily work, with particular attention to generative AI. The second module, “AI for Marketing”, explores the potential of Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies in the context of digital marketing strategies. The potential of AI for audience segmentation, personalization of advertising campaigns, optimization of email marketing activities, and creation of creative and graphic content will be analyzed.
