Additionally, the service includes the evaluation of the most suitable strategies for seeking capital from private or institutional investors (including those representing the European Commission), support in defining the value proposition, and matching with investors (private or institutional in Italy and the EU) through targeted meetings. The Service may include:
– assistance in the preparation of financial documentation (such as, for example, Business Plans with key economic, asset, and financial summary data; indicative representation of possible financial instruments to support the financial plan)
– assistance in drafting a pitch deck to present to potential external investors
– support for clients in identifying potential investors and organizing meetings;
– additional consultancy services on possible funding sources from the European Commission, in terms of equity/quasi-equity contributions (such as EIC Accelerator).
