This service consists of tailored business coaching for accessing the acceleration program and will focus on the entire business strategy: from value proposition to business model, intellectual property protection, team, and defining commercialization and international expansion goals. For companies that reach the final stage, the program also offers pitch support services.

Intensive coaching modules, structured as a two-day Masterclass in physical or virtual classroom and a one-to-one online session – designed for selected startups.

Through a hands-on, interactive approach, the course provides advanced tools in entrepreneurship and venture capital, with the goal of strengthening the business strategy and the project’s communication effectiveness. The sessions are conducted by coaches with international experience in innovation, corporate venture, and investments, belonging to the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center network.

  • Masterclass for Technology Deployment Training on growth strategies, business planning, fundraising, and investment instruments.
  • Personalized One-to-One Coaching sessions to refine the business plan, review the investor deck, and prepare the elevator pitch.
  • Interactive workshops Pitch simulations, structured feedback, and business model analysis.
