The course is designed as a subsequent phase to the Test Before Invest program provided by LINKS and is aimed at those who have already initiated or completed a corporate proof-of-concept in the field of artificial intelligence. The objective is to consolidate and deepen the skills necessary to understand, adapt, and independently manage the developed AI solutions, promoting true technology transfer and enhancing the company’s internal capability to pursue similar initiatives in the future.

Detailed architecture of the implemented proof-of-concept.
Technologies and frameworks used: models, pipelines, development tools.
In-depth analysis of the AI solution lifecycle (data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment).
Strategies for maintenance, updating, and reuse of models.
Best practices in data management and MLOps.
Elements of explainable AI and ethical evaluation of AI use.
Guided exercises based on the client’s proof-of-concept.
Tools and methodologies for the reuse and extension of AI solutions.
