The company develops advanced solutions for analyzing products in rigid containers and for high-speed inline control, up to 1,600 pieces per minute, ensuring precision, reliability, and compliance with food safety standards.

For the training service, the following were delivered:

For the Test before invest service, the following were provided:
- Feasibility study for data collection and analysis from installed Rayonics machines for predictive maintenance purposes
- Feasibility study for Quality analysis using EDGE-level artificial intelligence models to monitor the correct application functioning of installed machines
For the Business Analysis service, a business analysis was conducted to build a technological roadmap for integrating artificial intelligence into business processes to enable new functionalities or methodologies that bring concrete added value. At the end of the activity, an executive presentation was delivered to the client containing:
- analysis of Innovation trends in food inspection with specific focus on Artificial Intelligence and available innovation opportunities. Additionally, competitors with innovative strategic positioning in the reference market will be analyzed.
- analysis of the company’s current positioning (AS IS business model and SWOT analysis), positioning relative to outlined Innovation trends and market leaders.
- Definition of the TO BE business model to enable new business models linked to the adoption of artificial intelligence in operations and evaluating the impact on the value chain.
Results and Benefits
Among the main results and benefits obtained by the company, the creation of a solid company culture oriented towards new technologies stands out, which is fundamental for sustaining innovation in the medium-long term. The staff has been trained and aligned on the most current technological competencies to the point of actively collaborating in the development of AI-based PoCs, thus ensuring an updated and shared knowledge base at all levels.
Furthermore, a clear technological growth path has been defined and planned for the next two years, which will guide the company in the progressive implementation of advanced digital solutions. On the operational front, a first practical application of an EDGE-level Artificial Intelligence model has been concretely realized, currently ready for field testing.
In parallel, analysis is ongoing for an additional AI model intended for analyzing machine data collected in the Cloud, with the aim of enhancing predictive and control capabilities. Finally, the company has identified at least three new Artificial Intelligence projects, considered strategic for continuing to develop and consolidate its competitive advantage.
