Assessment service for Research and Innovation (R&I) projects from technical, industrial, and economic-financial perspectives.
The service provides a non-binding evaluation of the technical and market validity (market readiness) of the project idea with reference to the state of the art research, existing patent landscape, and research projects funded by the European Commission, an assessment of team quality and operational capacity in relation to the project, and the necessary financial requirements.
Specifically, the R&I project evaluation will be conducted according to the following criteria:
- Excellence (degree of innovation, innovation timing, technological feasibility, Intellectual Property)
- Impact (scalability potential, market analysis and competitive analysis, commercialization strategy, time to market/deployment, business and revenue model, Value Chain and key partners, societal impact)
- Work plan implementation (operational capacity and team quality, risk level analysis and mitigation measures)
- Economic-financial sustainability [business plan analysis (financial model)]
