The course aims on one hand to illustrate what generative AI is, which is a type of Artificial Intelligence capable of generating text, images, videos, music or other media in response to specific requests called prompts, and on the other hand to explore in depth the technique of Prompt Engineering that emerged from the use of Generative AI tools like ChatGPT.
Prompt Engineering concerns the mode of interaction between humans and the model, with the objective of optimizing the responses produced by the system through efficient structuring of questions and instructions given to it by the user.
Specifically, the course offers an introductory overview of Large Language Models (LLM), then focusing on basic Prompt Engineering techniques.
During the session, best practices and practical use cases will also be presented.
